Pro Inventory

• Pro-Inventory is an inventory module with wide scale inventory management & tracking features.
• Pro-Inventory is provided with hb-Accounts application as sub-module as upgrade against basic inventory.
• Pro-Inventory holds features like Item Code, multiple UOM, multiple Barcodes, Attributes, Identification, Item Group & Category. Also, Item Tax settings, Stock management, multiple level pricing and discount, etc.

Click on Pro Inventory from top menu and shows the list of Pro Inventory.

General Information

• Basic Inventory Details - Inventory Type, Name, Code, UOM
• Additional – Maintain Quantity, Batch Tracking, Expiry Alert.

More Names/Part No.

• Any additional Inventory Name/Part No. can be mentioned

Barcodes

• Manage multiple Barcodes

Item Attributes

• Manage & map multiple Inventory Attributes (Variants) as per Item Specifications

Group, Category

• Organize Inventory Items under multi-level Groups & Categories

Item Identification

• Enable Inventory tracking through Item Labels as per requirements
• Specific Item Labels needs to be mentioned while billing

• Item Tax details as GST, non-GST, VAT, Cess etc.
• Also, manage Conditional GST Rate (if applicable)

• Sale, Purchase Account mapping for Inventory Items
• Manage TDS Setting, Valuation Method, Landing Cost Adjustment, Quantity Allocation
