Role Permission:<\/strong> With this release we have introduced roles and permission feature wherein user can select role from predefine type i.e. Manager, Auditor, Bookkeeper and other then after select respective module and then active or inactive user access.<\/p>\n

Alert and Notifications:<\/strong>With this release we have introduced Alert and Notification with which HostBooks user can configure alerts to notify events that require attention.<\/p>\n

Select document type from given list of document (like Sales Invoice) and Action (Create or Update)<\/p>\n

Upon selecting E-Mail Alert detailed configuration is made available i.e. selection of template (default or custom) default is predefine set template and in custom user can make use of given placeholders and can create own custom subject and email body.<\/p>\n

Provision to enable alert between a date ranges is also given wherein user can select Active particular alert valid from date and valid to date.<\/p>\n

We have also given provision to email contact on email id of contact mentioned in contact master, Primary contact in TO, CC and BCC.<\/p>\n

Hence upon defining above configurations and saving template auto email notification are triggered for respective documents with mentioned subject and email body.<\/p>\n

Sales Direct Print:<\/strong> With this release user can now give direct print of Sales Invoice without preview. Also print work as per priority i.e. in case user has not define new print template then by default old print is available, if new print template is created and checked marked as default then new template will be available for print.<\/p>\n

Upon click on add button, list of few transaction will be displayed and upon click on more all available transaction will be available for selection.<\/p>\n

Few fields are added in Print Template:<\/strong> Few fields are added in template setting wherein user can select fields in template as business requirement which includes Reverse Charge Mechanism, Business License Number, GST TCS and GST TDS. <\/p>\n
