16A<\/b>\u00a0.\u00a0<\/b>For the purposes of sub-clause (viia<\/i>) of clause (6<\/i>) of section 10<\/a>51<\/sup>, the “prescribed authority” shall be the Secretary, Department of\u00a0<\/a>52<\/sup>[Scientific and Industrial Research], Government of India :<\/p>\n

Provided<\/b>\u00a0that every case pending on or before the 1st day of June, 1982, with any authority, other than the said Secretary, shall stand transferred to the said Secretary for disposal.]<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
