{"id":6105,"date":"2018-03-28T17:32:41","date_gmt":"2018-03-28T12:02:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hostbooks.com\/in\/?p=6105"},"modified":"2018-08-09T16:22:12","modified_gmt":"2018-08-09T10:52:12","slug":"rule-109-application-approval","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hostbooks.com\/in\/hb\/all-rules\/rule-109-application-approval\/","title":{"rendered":"Rule &#8211; 109, Application for approval"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>109.<\/strong> (1) The application for approval of a gratuity fund under sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of Part C of the Fourth Schedule shall contain the following information :\u2014<\/p>\n<p>(a)\t \tName of employer and address, his business, profession, etc., also his principal place of business.<br \/>\n(b)\t \tClasses and number of employees entitled to admission to the fund\u2014<br \/>\n(i)\t \tin India ;<br \/>\n(ii)\t \toutside India.<br \/>\n(c)\t \tPlace where the accounts of the fund are or will be maintained.<br \/>\n(d)\t \tIf the fund is already in existence, the details of investment of the fund.<br \/>\n(2) A verification in the following form shall be annexed to the application :\u2014<\/p>\n<p>FORM OF VERIFICATION<\/p>\n<p>We\/I, the trustee(s) of the abovenamed fund, do declare that what is stated in the above application is true to the best of our\/my information and belief, and that the documents sent herewith are the originals or true copies thereof.<\/p>\n<p>Reference: www.incometaxindia.gov.in<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>109.
