Pro Inventory: With this release we have introduced a powerful and easy to use inventory control management system.
Click on Pro Inventory Icon
Upon click on Pro Inventory Icon Upgrade to Pro Inventory page is displayed where in user need to agree to migrate to pro inventory, once business is migrated to Pro Inventory then cannot be downgrade to Simple Inventory module.
Once user consents to Migrate to Pro Inventory, existing inventories of simple inventory module is auto migrated to Pro Inventory Module.
Upon successful migration run Inventory items listing page is displayed which provides insight of Inventories migrated from simple inventory module along with following details cost, Sales Price, Available Quantity, value and status of inventory with option to edit status of inventory.
Click on + Inventory to add new Inventory
We have enabled additional option to capture along with Inventory details like UOM (As Per GST), Alternate UOM, Base Unit, Preferred Vendor and Upload Image of Inventory.
We have also given provision to add more names to inventory customer wise which helps user to identify inventory with different name as per customer.
Option to add multiple Bar Code Number for Inventory
Add multiple Attributes to Inventory for differentiating particular inventory with attributes for example Color, Size, Inventory specific attributes and further link attributes to specific inventory or group of inventory.
Provision to add multiple Groups, sub groups under group and sub-sub groups under sub group and so on and link the same with inventory while adding inventory.
Provision to add Item Identification, few defaults are available like Item serial number, Engine No, Chassis No, IMEI No along with provision to add custom identification with custom label name as per user business requirement.
Provision to define Sales setting of Inventory includes Unit of Measurement, HSN/SAC code, Item description, Taxability, Reverse Charge applicability, and other tax setting, also provision to copy tax setting from purchase and option to make necessary changes to the copied setting.
Provision to define Purchase setting of Inventory includes Unit of Measurement, HSN/SAC code, Item description, Taxability, Reverse charge applicability, ITC Eligibility, ITC Claim (%) and other tax setting also provision to copy tax setting from Sales and option to make necessary changes to the copied setting.
Provision for Account Settings made available for Sales & Purchase along with option to select Unit of conversion, Price, Margin Price setting respectively for sales and purchase, Also provision to update preferred valuation method, opening quantity details and user can also define inventory quantity details like minimum, maximum, re-order, reorder quantity and economic order quantity for respective inventory.
We have given provision to add Quantity based discount wherein user can provide multiple discounts for different range of quantities for particular inventory.
User can define Price Group with single and quantity wise discount for particular inventory.
We have given provision to define multiple attribute and therefore an add-on functionality made available to define inventory price based on certain attributes, wherein user can select defined attribute and combinations of attributes and specify purchase and sales price as per attributes, User can also override price group pricing and Batch Prices with attributes prices.
Provision to define sales and purchase price as per different unit of conversion
Inventory details can be viewed all in one screen as per details entered while adding inventory on click of view button at Inventory listing page.
Click on + Service
Provision given to add inventory as service inventory.
Provision to define tax setting of service Inventory includes Unit of Measurement, HSN/SAC code, Item description, Taxability, Reverse charge applicability, ITC Eligibility, ITC Claim (%) and other tax setting.
Provision to configure Purchase (Inward) and Sales (Outward) account setting for service inventory.
We have given provision to update batch number on every inward of material and same can be used and managed for outward sales.
Click on Inventory Option >> + Batch Management
After Inventory selection, batch wise details of inventory is displayed along with available quantity with status as active, Inactive, Expired, Defected and Obsolete.
An option to add batch details is also made available while click on + Batch wherein user can add batch details with Batch Status, Mark as, Batch Number, Manufacturing date, Sales Price of batch and option to add additional details like Expiry date, Warranty date and claimable date can be enabled for batch.
In Pro Inventory we have given provision to add Group, Sub Group and further link inventory to it. Which allows users create multiple group and further subgroups under group and sub group to link inventory as per business requirement, this allows user to manage inventory efficiently and segregation of each inventory for reporting purpose as well.
Upon Inventory creation and linking with Group or subgroup will be displayed over inventory listing screen having details of Item with description, Type (Item linked with Group or child (Sub) Group)), Number of items linked with Group or Child group , Total Quantity and Total Value.
Click on + Unit of Conversion
In Pro Inventory we have given provision to create Unit of Conversion for different classes by specifying base unit of measurement and its class with new unit of measurement and its class followed by conversion rate.
Upon creation of Unit of Conversion details will be displayed over screen, In Pro Inventory we have given provision to create multiple Unit of Conversion for different classes and specifying conversion unit, Unit of measurement and conversion rate
Click on Inventory Options >> + Attribute
Provision made available to add multiple attribute for specific inventory or for Groups (having linked inventories).
Once Attribute is created and linked with inventory or group then same is available to view on Inventory attributes listing page with details of Attributes name, description, Linked Inventory Items, Available quantity and total value of inventory
Click on Inventory Options >> + Category
In Pro Inventory we have given provision to add Category, Sub Category and further link inventory to it. Which allows user to create multiple Categories and further sub Category under Category to link inventory as per business requirement, this allows user to manage inventory efficiently and segregation of each inventory under respective category for reporting purpose as well.
Upon Inventory creation and linking with category or subcategory will be displayed over inventory category listing screen having details of Category name, description, Number of items linked with category or sub category, Total quantity and Total value.
Provision is made available to Search inventory using search box, wherein user can search details related to inventory on listing page.
In Purchase transaction screen few changes are made for inventory having attributes, user need to allocate quantity using quantity allocate button, which populates pop up to defined attributes as per receipt along with other optional fields like batch details (Manufacturing date, expiry date) and post saving the transaction stock of inventory is updated with all specified attributes.
In Sales transaction screen few changes are made for inventory having attributes, user need to allocate quantity using quantity allocate button, which populates pop up with defined attributes other available details like batch (manufacturing date, expiry date) and user need to select required attributes accordingly available quantity is allocated for sales.
We have enhanced unit of conversion on transactions and few additional fields are introduced like equivalent quantity & Conversion UOM wherein after specifying unit of conversion for inventory equivalent quantity & Conversion UOM is automatically updated as per set conversion.
Inventory List Report: Under reports we have given an additional report named as Inventory List Report
Upon selection user can select range (End of last month or Quarter) accordingly start date and end date will be auto populated, if range is selected as Custom then user have option to change current month date to own choice and respective date data is displayed.
