1: However, if you feel that customer support executive is not able to resolve your complaint, then kindly feel free to escalate your matter through an email: inservice@hostbooks.com.

2: On customer support page, you can click on “Feedback” to give your inputs for us to improve and enhance your experience.

Refund Related:

1: Refund is processed within 10 to 15 working days. For Example: If the amount is deducted from credit card, then the refund will go back to the same account, i.e through the same payment mode.

2: In case you face issues with the payment like failed connection between the payment gateway and Internet/Website, then immediately forward the mail to inservice@hostbooks.com on priority. For IVR orders, we do require Scanned copy /Fax /Identity proof. Kindly mail the required documents to inservice@hostbooks.com or call the customer support team on 91 52 29 29 29.
