Duty Roaster: The latest release introduces the Duty Roster feature, enabling users to effectively manage and schedule shifts.

Create: Users have the ability to create and import duty schedules.

Listing: Users are able to view all created duty rosters from the listing page.

Assign: Users can now assign a duty roster to an employee directly within the Company Details section of the Employee module.

Calendar View: Employees can now view their assigned shifts in both the Home Calendar and the Attendance Dashboard.

Biometric Machine Integration: In this release, we have added Biometric Machine Integration. Users can now retrieve employee punch records directly from biometric devices, making attendance management easier and more efficient.

Users have the option to associate biometric device IDs with employee personal details in the Employee Master. This can be accomplished either by manually assigning the biometric ID to each employee or by importing the data in bulk.

Users can download the template and import biometric IDs through the import option in the employee module

Employees can view their recorded punches on the attendance dashboard, which includes:

Attendance Summary: Visual summaries showing attendance Punch Summary.

Attendance Logs: Detailed records of individual punch entries, displaying the date, punch type (clock-in/clock-out) and time.

Deduction. Override checkbox: With this release, we have enhanced the Deduction Master by providing an ‘Override’ checkbox.

Create: Users can now create deductions accordingly based on this setting

Once the ‘Override’ checkbox is selected, users can modify values in the Employee Master’s financial details or during the pay run process.

Pay run One Time: With this release, we have enhanced the pay run one time functionality. Now, users can create bonuses multiple times within the same month for the same employee.

Listing: After creating a user, they can view the listing in a one-time view.

Reported Issue Resolved:

1. Flexible shift → When enter total working hours is equal to Break & minimum working hours then showing error while saving. (Ticket ID: #004270 – Landmark Hotel)

2. Employee → Company Details > When update employee company details then show SQL Exception Error & unable to update employee company details. (Ticket ID: #004272 – KGK Jet India)

3. Attendance Import & Attendance Generate → While import 70 to 72 employee one month attendance taking around 15 minutes & same in while attendance generate. (Ticket ID: #004282 – KGK Jet India)
