E-way Bill Generation & Print, Update in Margin Scheme, Configurable Email Template for Sales & Delivery Challan

E-way Bill & Print: With this release we have given provision to generate and print E-way bill from HostBooks Accounting application.

To Generate E-way Bill few required fields need to updated like Transin /GSTIN, Name of the transporter, Mode of Transport, Distance, Transport Document Number, Transport Document Date, Vehicle Number, Vehicle type whereas shipping and dispatch details are prefilled as per Sales Invoice.

Upon generation of E-Way Bill E-way bill number and E-way bill date are auto populated on Sales Invoice.

Cancel E-way Bill: Provision given to cancel E-way Bill in case of Duplicate entry, Data entry mistake, Order cancelled or other reason with remarks

Print E-way Bill: Provision to Print E-way Bill from Invoice options enable users to print E-way bill from Sales Invoice screen

Provision to save PDF file of E-way bill from Sales Invoice screen

Margin Scheme: New option added under financial setting for opting of GST margin scheme. With this release under GST margin scheme, user can able to post gross sale value into two different accounts (Inventory and Non-Inventory Margin Sales Account) i.e. gain/loss and cost of sales into different revenue accounts. [Example: Sale price 220,000 Purchase Price 200,000 then user can report 20,000 into Margin Sale Account and 200,000 into Sale Account]

Margin scheme related fields are enabled on sales invoice screen upon margin scheme check box.

E-mail Configuration for Sales Invoice: With this release we have given provision to send configurable email for Sales Invoice under Print template configuration.

• Under template setting we have given provision to configure email template for sales invoice wherein user can attached sales invoice PDF to email, Configure Subject and Message using placeholders, Provision to enable invoice related fields as per business requirement.
• Email functionality is extended wherein user can send email specifying email recipients in TO, CC and BCC, additionally user define default Internal CC recipients (Like Collection or Accounts department) which shall be marked default while sending email.
• Provision made available to enable social icon like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter with respective URL.
• Provision to send payment collection link (HB Elite) along with configurable (enable or disable) function of View Invoice, Pay now and HB power.

To send configurable email Send New Email button is made available once sales invoice is created.

Upon click of Send New Email option given to select Print template.

As per configuration under Print template setting, draft email will be ready to send with single click, Also provision given to make changes in recipient on the go while sending email in TO, CC or BCC

Upon sending email: Recipients email view as per configured email template along with sales invoice attachment.

Attached Invoice PDF view to recipients.

E-mail Configuration for Delivery Challan: With this release we have given provision to send configurable email for Delivery Challan under Print template configuration.

• Under template setting we have given provision to configure email template for Delivery Challan wherein user can attached delivery challan PDF to email, Configure Subject and Message using placeholders, Provision to enable delivery challan related fields as per business requirement.
• Email functionality is extended wherein user can send email specifying email recipients in TO, CC and BCC, additionally user define default Internal CC recipients which shall be marked default while sending email.
