At HostBooks  we strive to  provide quality software (hereinafter termed Software or products) as  envisaging speedy, reliable and affordable solutions helping in your  business and professional life. We also aim to provide you customized affordable pre ,post sales and ancillary services, consultancies (hereinafter termed as services). You have a number of options available in the market and respect & appreciate  you giving us your business. Team HostBooks wish you best of luck and thank you. from bottom of heart. We have developed  this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations or your expectations are out of our scope.

Refund Policy for Software

Annual Subscriptions.

If at anytime, during your first month using our software  you are dissatisfied, please let us know your concern. We will do our best to address your concern, provide an  available solution , work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs.  If you are still not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and downgrade your account to the free plan for that service with limited access.

Return in case of discontinuing/break/alteration of any functionality  

We want you to be happy with our service throughout your entire contract, not only the first 30 days .So we go beyond that, if at anytime during your contract we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for your contract, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address it on a timely manner to your entire satisfaction, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the reminder of your contract.

Return in case of customization of any product.

As you know that we are an web based software product company and products are standard in global basis. However, in some cases based on your requirement we may have to do customization development of some features specific to your needs. We may have to charge additional fee for the customization over and above the standard price. Upon your acceptance to the customization our deliverables are completed. In such case we will not be able to process any refund.

Auto-Renewal.

For your convenience, your subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the product. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to you with the payment mode you opted for. Products will only be renewed upon of receipt of the payment. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.

We know that some cases  customers forget to cancel an service/product  they no longer want  to continue until it is has already been charged. In such cases you can contact us for the cancellation of business days of the renewal of the product and we will still process your cancellation and give you a FULL REFUND.

We offer services which are standard in nature,  however, in some cases based on your requirement we may have to do customization in the service element and for that we have to incur cost for the in-house development of the skill set required for such customized service. development of some features specific to your needs. We may have to charge additional fee for the customization over and above the standard price. In such case we will not be able to process any refund.

Exception to our Refund Policy

Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund (FULL or PRO-RATED) when we have suspended or terminated your access to HostBooks Services/products due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
