Print Template for Sales Order/Quote: With this release we have given provision to create custom template print for Sales Order/Quote.

Setting >> Print Template >> Select Document Type as Sales Order/Quote

User can select template from available templates.

Then further user can select required fields for print for each section of document.

User can also configure custom email content for subject and email with default option to enter internal email id (So that for every email sent to contact (a copy of same is marked to internal email id) along with provision to attach Sales Order/Quote in email notification.

Once Sales Order/Quote template is created and marked as default, then user can Preview the same on click of Preview (New) after creating Sales Order/Quote document.

Upon click of Preview (New) document is available for print or download.

Print Template for Purchase Order: With this release we have given provision to create custom template print for Purchase Order.

Setting >> Print Template >> Select Document Type as Purchase Order

User can select template from available templates.

Then further user can select required fields for print for each section of document.

Default Account for Freight & Delivery Charges: With this release provision is given to define default account in chart of account setting for Freight Charges (inward and outward) and Delivery Charges (inward and outward).

Setting >> Financial (Under Organization Setting) >> Chart of Account Setting

In case of any transaction wherein these charges are applied.

Upon configuring default accounts for Freight and Delivery charges in chart of account setting, then as per configured account journal is passed for transactions wherein these charges are applied.
